ü This machine works steadily and continuously, its suitable for the production of various kind of wet wipes/tissue of 30-120pcs/pack (Z/N FOLD).
ü CPU Controlling / Full servo driven system adopted. This makes for more stability, accuracy and faster speed.
ü The length and width are adjustable. Suitable for more types of products.
ü Roller cutting system: designing with upper and lower rolling cutter, it features low noise and durable performance.
ü Machine stops automatically when machine breaks down.
ü Wetting system adopts on-line injection making it accurate to inject liquid with a tolerance of 0.01ml/time.
ü Full automatic bag forming with high accuracy of eye track detecting for accurate sealing to ensure there is no blank edge or packing deformation.

Q: How many operators are required for this complete production line？
A: Maximum two operators, one for raw material loading, the other one for machine operation & in-process inspection；
Q: How Many containers does the equipment need?
A: 3 containers in total, 2x40HQ + 1x20GP
Q: What would be the size range of wipes？
A: Open wipes size (LxW): (100-260)x(150-320) mm; Folded wipes size (LxW): (100-260)x(80-110) mm
Q: What is the maximum sheets this machine can make?
A: The maximum final product height our machine can make is 135mm. ( E,g. 160wipes at 40gsm)
This machine can make standard 20~120 sheets in a pack. Or non-standard sheets whose height comes within 135mm.
Q: What types of folding ways can this machine do？
A: This machine can make multi-type folding: "N" "Z" "Z pop up" "W" "c".
Q: What's the distinguishing feature of your wetting system?
A: 1) Since our wetting system is controlled particularly by CPU, the wetting condition can be clearly monitored right from the screen.
2) You can see easily the water volume level of the two tanks.
3) Once the volume goes below the lower limit, the machine gives alarm automatically to notify you on the refill. (Yes you don't need to do the visual check on the tank every 20 minutes).
4) Automatic supplement from one to the other (when the firs tank runs out, the system will sense it and the second tank will supplement to the first tank automatically)
5) The other unique feature on our wetting system is that we have programed a liquid calculating formula into the machine.
Just put in your fabric specifications on the touch screen, the machine can automatically calculate the equivalent liquid volume amount as per your tissue length, width and gsm.
