The HS-1000B Cat Litter Brick Vacuum Packing Machine integrates full-process functions including automatic bag feeding, bag supplying, metering, filling, shaping, vacuuming and finished product output. Precisely manufactured from high-quality carbon steel, it is widely suitable for packaging granular, powder and block materials in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. The machine adopts an innovative large vacuum chamber design, enabling a single station to realize synchronous output of two packages. Combined with a multi-bag storage continuous circulating bag supply system, it not only stably increases the hourly packaging speed to 900–1100 bags, but also greatly reduces the floor space of the equipment, significantly improving workshop space utilization.
The equipment adopts three-stage precision feeding technology, paired with a high-precision electronic quantitative scale with a division value accurate to 1g, which can strictly control the metering error within ±2g to ensure packaging accuracy. Complemented by core technologies such as automatic alignment of delivered bags and automatic rejection of failed bag opening, as well as the original automatic bag unloading design, the whole process requires no manual intervention, effectively reducing material loss and ensuring continuous and stable production. Even if a rejection fault occurs in a single bag storage unit, it will not affect the normal operation of another bag storage unit, further improving production reliability.


The intelligent operation experience of the equipment has been comprehensively upgraded, supporting flexible switching between fully automatic and semi-automatic modes to adapt to the needs of different production scenarios. The built-in recipe memory function can preset and store packaging parameters of various specifications; one-click retrieval can complete recipe switching during use, greatly lowering the operation threshold for convenient and efficient operation. Meanwhile, relying on smart IoT technology, it realizes remote operation and system upgrade. Equipped with Siemens DP communication module, it helps enterprises easily build a workshop digital management system, in line with the trend of modern production management.
The equipment also performs excellently in adaptability and stability: its packaging range fully covers all specifications from 0.3kg to 5.0kg, and it is compatible with customized composite film packaging bags. The relative vacuum degree can reach -0.06~-0.08Mpa, ensuring the packaging sealing effect. The capacity of a single bag storage unit is about 400 bags, which can meet the demand for long-term uninterrupted continuous production. Moreover, it can operate stably in a conventional industrial environment with a temperature of 0–40℃ and relative humidity < 90% without the need to build an additional special working environment, providing efficient, stable and low-cost professional packaging solutions for enterprises in various industries.
