1. The full automated bag filling and sealing machine is made up with two rotation type of mechanisms, one is filling system and the other is vacuum system which is continuously rotating.
2. The bag size can be changed rapidly and the width of the auto bagging device can be adjusted at one time.
3. Comply with the sanitary standard of foodstuff processing machinery as the product touching parts are all made of #304 stainless steel so as to ensure the food clean and safe.
4. Adopt the German Siemens PLC and POD for the electric control system. No sealing if there is no stuff, the bag without filling can be reused.
5. There is the sealing temperature detection function. It will warn if the heater band is broken.
6. Using the flash heat cooling way for the sealing so as to make the seal neater and more beautiful.
7. The vacuum chamber is made of aviation aluminum and ensures the airtightness durability.
8. Working procedure: bag picking – coding (optional) – bag opening – filling 1 – filling 2 – changeover – vacuating and heat sealing – conveying.
9. Apply to not only solid food packaging but also the liquid food or sauce food.
