It automatically and accurately rejects problematic bags in cases of issues like bag mouth adhesion, rupture, or failed opening, reducing manual sorting costs. Operation is more convenient and efficient: when switching production to different specification rice bricks, simply selecting the corresponding recipe is sufficient for a quick changeover. Only the non-handle bag library requires minor manual width adjustment, greatly shortening changeover time and enhancing production flexibility.
The machine supports personalized function expansion, allowing for the internal integration of a fiber laser inkjet printer or UV laser inkjet printer to meet product identification and marking needs. Preservation methods are flexible and diverse: it can maintain rice brick freshness through vacuum packaging, or switch to nitrogen or carbon dioxide flushing modes. This enables customized preservation solutions based on market distribution and transportation requirements, adapting to different sales scenarios and helping to extend product shelf life.
