Performance Features

Introduction to nitrogen filling method: After vacuuming the rice package, nitrogen gas is filled into the package (the nitrogen filling time is approximately 0.5 seconds) to ensure the nitrogen concentration. The measured concentration after nitrogen filling is about 95%.

Packaging Bag Parameter Description

1. Material Requirements: The thickness of the packaging bag should be greater than 0.13mm. The inner layer should be a high-pressure polyethylene (PE) material that meets the hygiene standards for food packaging and has good heat sealing properties. Note that the material should have good strength, air tightness, and heat sealing performance.

Packaging Bag Requirements:
① It should be laid flat in the cardboard box without any bending or folding.
② The plastic packaging bag should not have static electricity. There should be no adhesion inside the plastic bag or at the bag opening.
③ The plastic packaging handle should not have an irregular shape. It is not allowed for one plastic handle to press two bags at the same time.
