A: Sure, we can send our engineers to serve you. Customer should afford the freight, accommodation and labor charge 80USD per day of each person.
Q: Where can we buy the spare part for maintenance?
A: There's a batch of consumptive parts shipping along with the machine for free. And usually it is recommended to buy another batch of consumptive parts for 1 year, in order to save shipping cost for parts in the future. Well, if some parts are needed in operation, common parts are in stock to assure the delivery time within 3 days, and can be sent by express.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: TT and LC are acceptable. If pay by TT 30% down payment before producing, 70% balance will be paid before arranging shipping.
Q: What's delivery time?
A: Normally the delivery time will be about 25-30 days after receiving the down payment for one set packing system, depends on customer's requirement.
