Performance Features
1. The equipment adopts one-time sealing and forming, applicable to conventional two-side ringed bags, two-side non-ringed bags, and M-type pseudo-six-sided ringed bags in the market.
2. The fully automatic flat-shaped vacuum shaping packaging machine has the function of automatically rejecting abnormal bags, capable of automatically eliminating bags with abnormal phenomena such as bag mouth adhesion, bag mouth rupture, and bag opening failure.
3. This vacuum packing machine can switch production for different specifications of rice bricks by selecting and switching the corresponding formula in the main unit. (The bag storage area for non-ringed bags needs to be manually adjusted for width);
4. The equipment can be equipped with a printer: fiber optic printer, purple light printer.
5. Based on market demand and transportation requirements, the vacuum preservation mode can be selected for preservation, or the nitrogen filling mode can be switched to;
Introduction to nitrogen filling method: After vacuuming the rice package, nitrogen gas is filled into the rice package (the nitrogen filling time is approximately 0.5 seconds) to ensure the nitrogen concentration. The measured concentration after nitrogen filling is about 95%.
6. The fully automatic double-sided vacuum shaping and packaging machine can independently activate the secondary shaping mechanism. In case of accidental bumps or depressions on the packages during production, they can be re-shaped independently.

Packaging Bag Parameter Description
1. Material Requirements: The thickness of the packaging bag should be greater than 0.13mm. The inner layer should be a high-pressure polyethylene (PE) material that meets the hygiene standards for food packaging and has good heat sealing properties. Note that the material should have good strength, air tightness, and heat sealing performance.

Packaging Bag Requirements:
① It should be laid flat in the cardboard box without any bending or folding.
② The plastic packaging bag should not have static electricity. There should be no adhesion inside the plastic bag or at the bag opening.
③ The plastic packaging handle should not have an irregular shape. It is not allowed for one plastic handle to press two bags at the same time.
