Maintain Instructions for Vacuum Pump
The vacuum pump is suitable for vacuum pumping of closed systems and continuous operation in the range of 2000Pa-50000Pa. If it is out of this range, oil mist will be generated at the exhaust port of the vacuum pump.
The vacuum pump used in this equipment should use vacuum pump oil that meets the requirements of SH0528-92. ISO-VG32 viscosity grade vacuum pump oil is used at an ambient temperature of 0-10 °C; ISO-VG100 viscosity grade vacuum pump oil (formerly 1# vacuum pump oil) is used at an ambient temperature of 10-40 °C.
When the vacuum pump is working, the oil level must be at a position slightly higher than the height of the oil window 1/2, and the oil level and oil stain should be checked frequently. It is recommended to run the oil for 50-100 hours (maintenance according to the working conditions). Excessive oil can cause smoke from the vacuum pump and can even cause damage.
