Equipped with a 10kg double-scale cyclic metering feeding system and combined with high-precision vibration-controlled multi-stage feeding technology, the sunflower seeds vacuum packaging machine features fast weighing speed and ultra-high accuracy with an error margin of only ±2g. Its proprietary patented technology ensures that metering is not affected by voltage fluctuations.
It is also fitted with a high-power vacuum pump and an air storage tank, which significantly enhance the efficiency of vacuum extraction and help achieve a packaging speed of 500–600 bags per hour.
The user-friendly operation adapts to production requirements in various scenarios. It features a large-sized Chinese touchscreen with built-in parameters for 10 specifications that can be called up directly.
Combined with a minimalist operation interface and rich software functions, it enables one-click switching of packaging specifications.
With its compact dimensions of 1553 mm x 2465 mm x 2590.5 mm, this machine can adapt to various factory layouts and be implemented without requiring significant renovations to the plant.
