1 Wide Packaging Range: Capable of truly achieving full-size packaging from 0.5 kg to 5 kg, suitable for bags with or without hand holes.

2 High Automation Level: After manual bag placement, the equipment can automatically complete the bagging and sealing process, making operation convenient and simple. It adopts a touch screen and PLC centralized control system, with servo control for the drive mechanism, ensuring a high degree of automation. When switching between different specifications, it allows for rapid specification changes and can automatically and swiftly adapt to packaging of different specifications, meeting the requirements of flexible production. After saving the corresponding recipe, a one-touch switch enables the equipment to automatically adjust, without the need to replace any components, achieving automatic product changeover within one minute.

3 The equipment features bagging and sealing mode, bagging without sealing mode, and conveying mode: All modes have a single inlet and outlet. Additionally, there are two types of conveying modes: ordinary conveying and converging-belt with soft-detection conveying.

4 The equipment has upstream and downstream connection capabilities: It can seamlessly interface with vacuum equipment to ensure continuous and controllable material discharge, forming a high-end, intelligent automated packaging production line.

5 It is equipped with soft package rejection functionality: Capable of intelligently and precisely rejecting soft packages to avoid unnecessary outer bag waste and ensure equipment stability. 

6 The bag magazine has a large capacity and a wide range of applicability: It utilizes a six-bag magazine for cyclic use, allowing bags to be added at any time during the production process. It can be configured to use a loop handle magazine or a non-loop handle magazine based on requirements.

7 The equipment has self-diagnostic alarm and prompt functionality: Faults can be quickly resolved based on fault prompts. Servo abnormalities can be directly resolved on the screen without the need to power off, making maintenance simple and convenient.
