The high-precision electronic quantitative weigher features a division value of only 1g.

Equipped with customized composite film packaging materials and precise vacuum control ranging from -0.06MPa to -0.08MPa, it can effectively lock in rice freshness, prevent moisture and insect infestation, and extend shelf life.

Highly Integrated Operation

The intelligent operation experience is upgraded with dual touch screens and dual vacuum pumps, delivering intuitive and user-friendly human-machine interaction with flexible and precise parameter setting. The two stations can be started or stopped independently for separate operation: they can either synchronously mass-produce products of a single specification or separately adapt to packaging requirements of different weights, easily handling multi-batch and small-lot orders.

Manual labor is only required for the bagging step; subsequent processes, including automatic weighing, inspection, filling, shaping, vacuumizing, sealing, and finished product output, are all completed automatically, greatly reducing reliance on manual work.

Dual guarantees for safety and quality are provided. The vacuum shaping packaging machine adopts internationally renowned electrical components, with all circuit cables protected by corrugated pipes. The electric control box has an IP44 protection rating, enabling adaptation to diverse working environments ranging from -10℃ to 40℃.
