1.Manual bag placement and automatic bag loading and filling are adopted, providing convenient and comfortable operation for personnel. It enables one controller to manage multiple machines, thereby reducing labor intensity.
2.The human-machine interface is easy to operate. For adjustment and switching of various specifications, it only requires a click on the touch screen, and the equipment will automatically adjust to the corresponding parameters, enabling customers to easily achieve automatic product changeover.
3.The main control system employs a touch screen and PLC programmable centralized control system, with servo control for the drive mechanism, ensuring a high degree of automation.
4.It features a self-diagnostic fault alert function, allowing for quick troubleshooting based on fault prompts.
5.The high-precision electronic quantitative scale adopts servo-driven feeding for accurate weighing.
6.The precision weighing components are enclosed for installation, reducing corrosion and malfunctions of the component
Packaging bag size range
① The bag material is a woven bag (double-sided laminated), with the bag opening being a cold-cut type.
② Sewing machine thread: 3×3-ply strong vinylon or polyester thread.
③ Requirements for woven bag packaging: The packaging should be flat, with no corner creases or bends allowed.
For woven bags with handles, the position of the handle must meet the following criteria: the distance from the lower opening line of the handle to the bag opening should be between 43mm and 45mm, the width of the handle should be 70mm±2mm, and the length of the handle should be 17mm±1mm.
A diagram is provided for illustration. The woven bag should have a cold-cut opening and be double-sided laminated.
