The MQ-C5 Semi-Automatic Woven Bag Packaging Unit is a high-efficiency device specially designed for large-scale material packaging. Compatible with multiple types of laminated woven bags, it is widely used in chemical, grain and other industries by virtue of its user-friendly design and precise control technology. It balances the flexibility of semi-automatic operation and the accuracy of automatic filling, effectively improving the quality and efficiency of enterprises' packaging processes.

The equipment adopts a design of manual bag feeding combined with automatic bag loading and filling, featuring comfortable and convenient operation as well as supporting one-machine-multi-control. It greatly reduces labor intensity and lowers labor costs at the same time. The human-machine interface is simple to operate; specification adjustment only requires clicks on the touch screen to automatically match parameters, enabling easy automatic production switching. This avoids the tedious manual debugging of traditional equipment, shortens production connection time and enhances production line flexibility.

The main control system adopts touch screen and PLC programmable centralized control, combined with servo drive technology, which significantly improves the stability of automatic operation and reduces human operation errors. The built-in fault self-check prompt function can quickly locate and assist in troubleshooting problems, lowering shutdown losses. The high-precision electronic quantitative scale adopts servo-driven feeding, ensuring high weighing accuracy and consistent product packaging. Precision weighing components are installed in a sealed manner, which can effectively isolate dust and moisture corrosion, reduce failure probability and extend the service life of the equipment.

This unit has a packaging range of 5–25kg and a speed of 500–700 bags per hour, meeting the needs of medium and large-scale production. It is compatible with various laminated woven bags such as M-side, flat and hard-handle types, improving equipment versatility. Its AC380V three-phase five-wire power supply design (5KW) and reasonable air consumption (0.6MPa, 0.35m³/min) achieve excellent energy consumption control. It can operate stably in an environment of 0～40℃, adapting to most factory working conditions. With a compact dimension design of 3530*2443*3277mm, it saves workshop layout space.
