Q: What is your general term of payment?
A: Our payment term is based on 30%-50% T/T deposit and the balance before delivery. Special orders can be negotiated together.

A: Our engineer will go to your site to install the machine and adjust the parameters.
Q: How to go to your factory?
A: If you come by air please fly to Xiamen Airport and we will pick you up there and it takes about one hour to our factory by car; if you come by train the destination is Zhangzhou Station.
Q: How can we buy the spare parts from you?
A: You can pay via PayPal or Western Union and after that we will send you the spare parts by DHL, FedEx, UPS and so on.
