1 Bubbles and irregular marks appear at the seal
This failure is also relatively common. Although it will not cause leakage of the packaging, it will affect the beauty of the packaging and destroy the image of the product. There are two main reasons for this failure.
1) When the machine has been used for a long time, dirt and plastic scraps will be attached to the high temperature belt, which causes the high temperature belt to be unsmooth and uneven, making the sealing unevenly heated, so the bubbles will appear after being pressed by the cold pressing wheel. The fault can be eliminated by cleaning or replacing the high temperature belt. The high-temperature zone is generally 1.5cm wide and about 22μm thick. If it can't be washed off after the dirt is stuck on it, it has to be scrapped.
2) There is irregularly concave-convex trace on the cold-pressed rubber wheel, which is directly reflected on the packaging and causes more obvious marks on the seal. In order to ensure the beautiful appearance of the packaging, it had better replace the cold-pressed rubber wheel.
