Maintenance Manual for Rice Vacuum Packaging Mach
Cleaning
Wipe the machine's exterior, sealing jaw, and vacuum chamber with a soft, dry cloth to remove rice residues, dust, and debris. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent (avoid corrosive cleaners) and dry thoroughly.
Clean the air filter (if equipped) by removing dust and particles; replace the filter if it is clogged or damaged.
Clear the rice hopper and feeding channel to prevent residue buildup, which may cause jamming.
Inspection
Check the sealing strip for wear, deformation, or damage. Replace immediately if cracks, sticking, or unevenness is found.
Verify the vacuum pump oil level: ensure the oil is within the recommended range (between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the oil sight glass). Add oil if necessary (use the specified vacuum pump oil grade).
Inspect the power cord, plugs, and connectors for fraying, looseness, or damage. Secure loose connections or replace damaged parts promptly.
Test the emergency stop button to ensure it functions correctly (machine should shut down immediately when pressed).
