Enhancing visual appeal relies on the coordination of shaping molds and packaging design. Customized molds are used to achieve uniform product shaping, such as regular forms like squares and strips, preventing packaging wrinkles and unevenness. In terms of packaging design, transparent windows can be adopted to showcase the original appearance of products, boosting consumer trust. Minimalist yet elegant colors and brand elements should be incorporated to align with the healthy and natural attributes of these product categories. At the same time, shaping packaging needs to control volume ratio-on the premise of ensuring sufficient product quantity, excessive packaging should be avoided to balance aesthetics and environmental protection.
The key to balancing both aspects lies in reconciling process compatibility and cost control. Selecting equipment with integrated vacuum and shaping functions enables shaping to be completed during the vacuum extraction process, improving production efficiency. Meanwhile, packaging parameters should be optimized according to product characteristics: for fragile nuts, appropriate buffer space should be reserved; for grains with uniform particles, tight shaping can be adopted.
