This line is able to make wet wipes in (20-120pcs/pack) for a wide range of applications such as baby wipes, flushable moist toilet wipes, adult wipes, medicare wipes, pets wipes, industrial wipes, surface cleaning wipes, biodegradable wipes; disinfectant wipes, kitchen cleaning wipes etc. It is composite of two parts: converting machine + packaging machine. The work flow is: auto loading - auto tensioning -auto slitting - auto folding - quantitative wetting - auto cutting - auto stacking and counting - tissue wait-in-line - auto transfer - auto packaging - auto punching - auto labeling - auto gusseting - auto air venting - finished products output.
