The separate bagging system will automatically finish the bag giving action. The bag will be picked up from the bottom bag tray, which is more reliable. There are totally 2 bag trays to ensure the enough bags and it will warn if lack of bag. And adopt the parallel robot arms to make the size changing more quickly and also no need to adjust the angle.

With two bag trays in double sides so as to ensure there will be enough bags to feed. The bag tray can be adjusted the size to fit with different bag sizes from 0.25kg-5kg.

With two robot arms for the automatic bagging and material filling. According to the bag size, the arms will also be different to match. And it is very easy to change the arms, which just need some srewing work.

There is a belt conveyor to convey the final product. The running speed of conveyor can be adjusted according to the actual demand. Generally had better keep it in a proper speed that not too fast and not too slow so that it will run more stably.

Product Case

A: The machine will be wrapped with film and packed in plywooden case.

Delivery & Shipping
