Highly versatile, reliable and precise, the TD-A8 automatic bagging machine is a new product with new technology and unique designed by Zhangzhou High Made. It is a first creation in China which is used for putting on an outer bag onto an inner bag that is packed by HIGH MADE brand of vacuum packing machines for brick shape or other brands in the similar functions with HIGH MADE’s.
So why does such kind of machine come out? Because only inner bag is not high-grade enough. Some Chinese rice factories who produce the high-end rice will always add an outer bag to make their rice more luxurious. In the past, they can only put the bag manually, which is too slow and capacity is too small. So more and more rice factories ask HIGH MADE for help. And then a new HIGH MADE automatic bagging machine was born.

Q: Is this machine able to work individually?
A: Yes it is but had better match with the vacuum packing machine through a conveyor. Or else it needs one person to feed the bag manually.
Q: So shall we also need to buy the vacuum packing machine from you to match the bagging machine?
A: Not really but had better yes. After all we can set up all those equipments together for you and finish the debugging. And if you buy the vacuum packing machine from other supplier and use our bagging machine, you need to consider about the coordination between the two machines.
Q: Can we pack the bag in other material beside rice?
A: Yes, of course but just ensure that the ready-packed bag is in brick shape.
Q: Can we nominate the bag size?
A: Yes but it must be in the size range that our machine fits for.
