1. Everyday before getting off work, use the compress air to blow the machine (including control box, electric box, electric-air cross box, vacuum chamber and moulds), dirt can be removed by the wet soft cloth with a little neutral cleaner and blow to dry. DO NOT use the organic solvent to clean the machine.
2. Every shift use the wet soft cloth to clean the mirror plane of the photoelectric sensor.
3. Every shift use the wet soft cloth to clean the surface of the conveyor belt.
4. Always examine the air filter units and clean them in time.
5. Clean the air filter on front of the vacuum pump everyday.
7. Use the soft cloth and compress air to clean each mechanical part of the machine.
