Vacuum pump is a very important part of the vacuum packing machine. ZHANGZHOU HIGH MADE always use the domestic famous brand of vacuum pumps which is CE approved. However, whatever how good the vacuum pump is, the maintenance work is still a key point if want to use it for long.
1) Oil: use ISO-VG100 vacuum pump oil under the environment temperature 12-35℃ (if urgent use the turbine oil instead); use VG68 vacuum pump oil under the environment temperature 0-12℃.
2) Usage quantity once: about 1.5L, from oil level line to 1/2 of oil window height.
3) Replacement cycle: we suggest to examine the oil level and oil pollution once a week. Add oil in time when the oil level is low; change the oil in time when the oil is polluted and turns black, emulsifies or turns ropy.
4) Oiling steps:
A) Stop the pump and release the hot oil;
B) Unscrew the releasing cap and keep running for 5-10 senconds;
C) Release all the oil;
D) Add the oil for cleaning use (32# common oil) to the place 3/4 of oil window height;
E) Keep running for 5-10 minutes;
F) Stop the pump and release the hot oil and if it is still muddy, repeat D) and E) steps;
G) Screw up the release cap and keep running for 5-10 seconds;
H) After release all the oil, add the new specified oil.
